Please review the Room and Outdoor Procedures handout for current procedures and COVID-19 information.

If you are a team lead, committee chair, or members reserving space for a QUUF-sponsored activity, event, fundraiser, or meeting, click on the Room Reservation Request Form, fill out completely and submit at the bottom.  You will receive an email record of your request. Confirmation will come from administrator@quuf.org  Once  your reservation is secured, information will be put on the QUUF calendar.

Personal Member Activity

If you are a QUUF member and would like to use the facility for personal activities (anniversary, birthday, baby shower, etc.) please go to the Public Use page and fill out the rental application which includes member rates.
