The Community & Learning Council was formed to connect congregants with a wide range of programs, classes, groups, and volunteer opportunities in adult education, music, social concerns, and recreation, intended to enrich personal and community life. It is one of 5 ministry teams (or councils) reporting to the Program Council.

The Community Council Lead is Debra Bouchard.
