Hospitality and Kitchen Team Charter

Mission: Sharing food and beverages is an essential aspect of community. Congregants will benefit from a clean, organized, eco-friendly kitchen that is treated with tender loving care.

Members: No current chair – we consider ourselves a collective. Peg Hunter, Mary Ann Schroeter, Kathy Stevenson, Julia Cochrane, Diane Bommer, Ann Testerman, Shelli Pitner, Linda Norton.

What We Do:

  • Hospitality – host Sunday social hour (make coffee, set out tea, wash up afterwards).
  • Kitchen Care – launder napkins, periodic cleaning.
  • Green Kitchen – eco-friendly systems.
  • Organize – monitor supplies, maintain order, train people in dishwasher operation and coffee making, coordinate with staff.
  • Staff – QUUF administrator handles all purchases. Facilities Coordinator tends to equipment maintenance and repair.
