The 2025-26 Annual Report for you to read and be informed!
All members should plan to attend the annual meeting. Bring your lunch in between the end of service at 11 am and the start of Annual Meeting at 12:30 PM. At least 25% of QUUF members must be present at our congregational meetings to do business.
Check-in Procedures:
- Please check in at the foyer table to register and receive a paper agenda, the 26-27 budget (floor vote) and the Voting Card.
- At the same time, pick up your 26-27 QUUF ANNUAL RENEWAL FORM. You may sign and return your renewal form in a basket in the foyer.
- For Proxies: Check in first for yourself and then go to the Proxy check-in area to receive your voting card and to register as a proxy.

If you cannot attend, you may have another QUUF member cast a vote in your stead, but your vote will not count toward the required quorum.
Here’s how to vote by proxy:
- Fill out the Proxy Authorization form. Make sure you trust your proxy’s judgment since they will vote for you after hearing on the issues before the congregation. Forms are available on-line, in the office, or available by email through: administrator@quuf.org
- Per our current Bylaws, no individual may hold ballots (be a proxy) for more than two additional people.
- Send the completed and signed proxy authorization to the office by Thursday, June 11:
- By email to administrator@quuf.org
- drop it off at the QUUF office
- mail it to QUUF with enough lead time to be received by June 11.
- OR, your proxy may bring this form (completed by you) to this special meeting and file it with the Secretary by 12:15pm on June 14, 2026.
