QUUF MEN’S RETREAT
REGISTRATION FORM

Friday, May 1 – Sunday, May 3, 2026

Registration & Cancellations

  • Registration Includes 5 meals and 2 nights lodging (bedding is provided).
  • Completed registration form with $250 payment MUST be received no later than April 17th.
  • $50 cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled after April 24th. Special consideration may be made for emergencies or illness.
  • Scholarship donation option: Add $20 (or more or less) to help others attend.
  • Confirmation email will be sent with once registration and payment is submitted.

Cabins and beds are selected on a first come first served basis unless you have health, mobility, or other special needs that should be considered. Please check any that apply.

Meals

Pilgrim Firs provides meals using fresh local seasonal fruits and vegetables. A full salad bar for both lunch and dinner is included. They can also accommodate those on special diets. Please indicate if you would like to request any of the following dietary options.
