The QUUF facilities are available for use by QUUF members, community members, and local groups, private individuals, and QUUF teams and committees for Events, Meetings, Weddings, and Memorials.

QUUF Team and Committee Use for meetings and events – reserve rooms by using the Room Reservation Request Form

QUUF Members, Private Individuals, Groups, Community members for special events or meetings  – fill out the Facility Use Application. This includes our terms of use and fees (nonmember and member fees). Send your completed application to the Congregational Administrator for review and to confirm.
