We are still hoping for a few more events to round out the catalog.
This is the FINAL WEEKEND to complete the event donation form!
If you would like to participate but cannot host an event yourself, we are seeking individuals to collaborate with one of our hosts.

How it Works
In January (now!) we fill out the Donation Form (below) with the hospitality we would like to offer.
- Events can occur at any time between March and October of 2026.
- There are endless ways to offer an act of hospitality, elaborate or simple, and our team is eager to help anyone who needs ideas or wants to participate but isn’t sure how.
In February, our members will be able to bid on their favorite items in the auction. Then let the fun begin!
If you enjoy hosting dinners and events in your home, we encourage you to extend that generosity:
Dinners/lunches/breakfasts of all sorts, fancy or fun
Pancake/waffles
Wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres
Backyard cookout
S’mores around your fire pit
Vegetarian Chili and Cornbread
Snacks and Mexican Train
Wine and cheese tasting
Dessert and Book exchange
Popcorn and movie party
Kid’s cookie making/decorating
For those less inclined to cook or unable to host in your home, consider these ideas:
Bagels and coffee Breakfast at sunrise
Ice Cream Sundae party
Picnic at a park with take out food
Sack lunch and a walk around the Fort Worden bunkers
Pizza on the beach
Beer and Chips at the Pourhouse
