2025 Annual Meeting

We’ll review the past year, see what’s coming for the next, and give appreciations for our many volunteers.

You can read the 2024-2025 Annual Report here. It will describe what QUUF has been up to this past year, what is planned for the annual meeting, and you can also view the proposed budget for next year.

Members will vote on:  Two Bylaw changes, New Vision and Mission statement, Revised Healthy Community Covenant, and vote on the proposed QUUF Budget for the next fiscal year.

We ask all members to come in person and have a voice in planning our next year. If you want to give someone your proxy for the budget (see the annual report), please use this proxy form. Proxy ballots are due back by noon on Thursday, June 5 to the office or by mail.

A budget Q & A session will be held on Sunday, June 1, 2025 from11:15 am to 11:45 in Sanctuary.
