Rental Coordinator

(Note: At the present time, this job is being done by the Office Administrator.

Purpose: To administer the rental of the fellowship building to other groups.

Job description and specific duties:

  1. Provide rental information to prospective customers.

  2. Provide copies of signed rental agreements to the office manager for filing.

  3. Process user fees and damage deposits through office manager and treasurer.

  4. Notify renter of damage as soon as possible. Withhold partial damage deposit.

  5. Notify treasurer to reissue a refund check (fee and/or damage deposit).

  6. Be available (along with office manager and other volunteers) to open facility, conduct on-site welcome orientation, and inspect building prior to and after events.

  7. Notify appropriate persons to clean or repair as needed (coordinate with Building and Grounds committee).

  8. Coordinate calendar with Secretary and Office Manager. Include time for setup and cleaning.

  9. Coordinate use of furniture and kitchen items for fellowship and private events.

  10. Maintain and share an advisory notebook in the office to document special circumstance of upcoming events, key status, conflicts, etc.
