The Minister

The Minister will provide Sunday services and other ministerial functions according to the Covenant for Ministry attached in Part IV of this document).

Responsibilities (see Covenant for Ministry for complete details)

  1. Deliver sermons each month as described in the written contract. The services and order of services should be coordinated with the Sunday Services committee.

  2. Each month meet with the Board, the Committee on Ministry, the Sunday Services committee, CYRE, and any of the other committees, subcommittee, or task forces which are judged by the Board and/or the minister to be most in need of leadership and support that month.

  3. Plan future events for the fellowship in consultation with the Board and the committees.

  4. Be available, as schedule permits, for community-wide events as a UU participant.

  5. Conduct open office hours, during which members may seek counsel.

  6. Make monthly contribution(s) to the newsletter.
