the Program Council, and the Congregational Committees

Program Council

Purpose: To assist in overall coordination of church activities, to provide a forum for communication, to look at issues as requested by the Board or a committee, and to help with church planning.

Membership: The Council shall consist of the chairs of each committee in the congregation, chaired by the vice president of the Board.

Responsibilities: The Program Council serves an advisory, not decision-making role for the congregation. Each member is responsible for reporting back to his or her committees and to the Board. The Program Council meets bi-monthly.
