Purpose: To provide an effective interface between the fellowship staff, the Board and the membership of the congregation.Membership: The committee shall consist of a chairperson appointed in a manner consistent with Bylaws Articles VII, Section 1(a) and Article VIII, Section 1(b).
Terms: Members of the Personnel committee shall serve two-year staggered terms.
Responsibilities:
- Meet as needed to make Personnel-related decisions.
- Conduct annual evaluations of all staff; adjust job descriptions as needed.
- Work through any difficulties or conflicts involving staff or contractual employees.
- Make hiring and firing recommendations to the board.
