- The Nominating committee shall consist of four fellowship members, nominated and elected at the Annual meeting, and one member elected by the Board.
- Before the publication of the Annual Meeting agenda, the Nominating committee shall submit to the Board a slate of candidates for vacant positions and positions identified by the bylaws to be filled by election at the Annual meeting. Additional candidates for specific positions may be named by petition of at least 10 fellowship members and submitted to the Nominating committee at least 10 days prior to the Annual meeting.
