Bylaws Committee

Purpose: A Bylaws committee shall be appointed by the Board when items in the Bylaws require research and proposed additions or revisions, either for amendments ((incidental corrections) or revisions (rewrites)

Membership: The committee shall consist of a chairperson appointed in a manner consistent with Bylaws Articles VII, Section 1(a) and Article VIII, Section 1(b).

Responsibilities: It is the responsibility of the Bylaws committee to research any potential changes to QUUF's governing documents, and be prepared to discuss their logic at congregational discussions. Members must be willing to consider all congregational comments and concerns, and make changes based on congregational input. All proposals must be approved by the membership.
