Our Annual Meeting will be via Zoom on Sunday, June 12 starting at 1pm.

We presently have 404 members; our quorum necessary to proceed is 101 members. Items to be voted on are: Nominations or new members of our Board of Trustees, our Nominating Committee, our Endowments committee, and for the budget for our 2022-2023 church year. Voting will be held electronically, and we will be given instructions on voting. It is important that we all attend.

Three Options for Member Voting and participation at the QUUF Annual Meeting and to hear candidates give a 2-minute presentation

1. Zoom from home and Vote (link has been emailed to members)

2. Paper Ballot – due to the office by June 10.

3. Join Julia Cochrane at 1pm, June 12 in Fellowship Hall to view the Annual Meeting and vote on-line.  She will have a computer set up for viewing and to facilitate voting virtually.
